2. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain aspects of our services are provided on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize BeforeBorders to charge your chosen payment provider on a recurring basis as specified in your plan details.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you via email or through the platform.
Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration as the initial term until cancelled.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to utilize BeforeBorders only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping data or using automated systems to extract information from the platform.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our infrastructure.
- Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
4. No Legal or Immigration Advice
BeforeBorders is a technology platform providing educational resources and career tools. We are NOT a law firm, immigration consultancy, or government agency. None of the content on our platform should be construed as legal advice. Always consult with a qualified legal professional or registered migration agent for specific immigration matters.
5. Jobs & Employers
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. BeforeBorders does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs posted, or the truth or accuracy of user-provided resumes.
We prohibit discriminatory practices in job postings and reserve the right to remove any content that violates international labor standards or our internal quality guidelines.
6. AI, Content & Disclaimers
Our platform leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide resume suggestions and career insights. While we strive for precision, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. BeforeBorders is not liable for errors in AI suggestions.
All platform content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Refunds & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, all fees paid to BeforeBorders are non-refundable for the currently active billing period. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current cycle.
8. Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to BeforeBorders at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time.
